Amenities
You do have access to the amenities on check-in day! During the season, the community pool will be open from 9:00am – 7:00pm daily. The pool does not have a lifeguard on duty. There are two tennis courts, a pickleball court, a half court basketball court and a playground that are always available for your enjoyment. The beach access is located at the end of Orion's Way.

Do not leave beach items on the oceanfront overnight. They will be removed without notice. Parking at Buck Island is limited. Guests are encouraged to use the garages, carports and driveways that are associated with your rental property. Limited overflow parking is available at the pool parking lot, the beach parking lot and the two gravel lots in Charleston Place. RV and boat parking is prohibited throughout Buck Island. Parking on the street or on the grass is prohibited at all times. Violating these rules may result in towing of the vehicle at the vehicle owners expense.

From May 1 to September 30, this community will roll all trash and recycling cans out to the street and roll the receptacles back after the trash is collected. Please do not roll the receptacles to the curb and please do not block the bins. From October 1 to April 30, this community will roll all trash and recycling cans out to the street. Please roll the receptacles back after the trash is collected.
