Crown Point in Corolla features 4 to 7-bedroom vacation homes situated only minutes from some of Corolla’s best restaurants, shopping and attractions, and just a short drive from the beloved 4x4 beaches of the northern Outer Banks. These oceanside and oceanfront homes are nestled in a coastal neighborhood and with amenities such as a community pool and tennis courts, there is a little something for everyone to enjoy during their Corolla vacation.
The Crown Point community has a pool and tennis court available to all guests with no passes or wristbands required. There are three beach accesses in the community located at Crown Point Road North end, King Grant Drive, and Crown Point Road South end.

All cars must fit in the property’s driveway. The use of drones is prohibited in community common areas. Personal belongings, including beach equipment, are not to be left on the beach. Items left are subject to removal. Drones are not allowed to be flown over open areas except by express permission of the Board. All outside flood lights must be turned off by 10:00pm and no bonfires, fireworks, or burning within the Crown Point Community.

Please roll receptacles to the curb the night before the scheduled collection day and roll the receptacles back after the trash is collected.
Visitors may dispose of recyclable goods in self-service containers located at 468 Ocean Trail, behind the Pine Island Fire Station.
Crown Point is an ideal coastal neighborhood, located close to Corolla’s fantastic array of shopping, dining, and activities. Upon turning into the community from Ocean Trail, look for sunning turtles and fishing egrets as you pass the ponds to your left. Crown Point offers an outdoor community pool and tennis court, as well as three walkways to the alluring, white-sand Corolla beaches.
