Centrally located in the Village of Duck, Schooner Ridge is within walking distance not only to the beach, but to Duck Town Park, the boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. Ranging from 3-6 bedrooms, many homes in Schooner Ridge are situated atop sand dunes, providing an excellent vantage point and spectacular ocean views, even from homes not located on the oceanfront. Traditional, inviting and accommodating, Schooner Ridge is ideal for intimate family beach vacations.
Indoor pool, ping pong, and coin-operated games are open 9 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday and Sunday. The indoor heated pool. clubhouse, fitness rooms, tennis courts & playground are open year-round. The clubhouse outdoor pool is located at 119 Schooner Ridge Drive and open from 8 AM to 8 PM June through mid-September, weather permitting. There are two outdoor tennis courts located behind the clubhouse. Racquets are available for rent. Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities including accessing the beach via the community walkway.

RVs, trailers and boats are not permitted within the community unless they fit completely in the garage or carport. Parking passes are required Memorial Day-Labor Day. Towing Enforced. Parking on the street is prohibited. Tents are not permitted within 50 ft. on either side of the beach access. Also, per the Town of Duck ordinance, no items are to be left on the beach overnight. Items are subject to removal. Personal belongings, including beach equipment, are not to be left on the beach walkway. Items left are subject to removal by maintenance. Golf carts are to be parked in a designated parking space, display a parking pass, and must be driven by a licensed driver. Carts parked on the grass or roadside are subject to towing. (see attached document for further information). Outdoor lights and speakers should be turned off by 11:00 PM.

Please roll receptacles to the curb the night before the scheduled collection day and roll the receptacles back after the trash is collected. Between May 1 - September 30, a community service provider will roll all receptacles back to the home following collection.
