The fitness center is available for a fee unless otherwise advertised. Fitness Center Hours: In-Season (Memorial Day Weekend-Monday Labor Day) 7am-5pm Daily / Off Season: 7am-2pm Daily. The community amenities include several beach accesses, two outdoor swimming pools, a basketball court, two tennis courts, two pickleball courts, two sand volleyball courts, a playground, lake for catch-and-release fishing, non-motorized boating, a turtle walk, and a deck (No permit is required.), and a snack bar located at the Oceanfront Pool Complex on Sandcastle Drive.

Visitors should park in driveways and community parking lots only and kindly keep all wheels on the paved surface of the driveway or parking lot. Overnight parking in community parking lots is prohibited. Parking permits are required for use of community parking lots. Limit vehicle speed on community streets to 15 MPH. No RVs are permitted. Boats and trailers are permitted if parked inside a carport. Neither can be parked in the driveway or yard.

Please roll receptacles to the curb the night before the scheduled collection day and roll the receptacles back after the trash is collected.
Begining April 4, 2021, recycling must be taken to the self serve containers located at 468 Ocean Trail (Behind the Pine Island Fire Station). There is no longer any recycling pickup.
