All vehicles must be parked in a driveway, on-street parking and on grass parking are strictly prohibited. Guests that park on the grass and damage an irrigation head at their rental unit will be responsible for cost of repair, this includes golf cart parking. Towing is enforced. The use of golf carts is permitted when operated by a driver with a valid driver’s license. There is an overflow parking lot on Herring Street available to Villas at Corolla Bay guests.

Please roll receptacles to the curb the night before the scheduled collection day. A community service provider will roll the receptacles back to the home after collection. Please do not roll the receptacles to the curb & do not block the bins. This service is offered year round.

Visitors may dispose of recyclable goods in self-service containers located at 468 Ocean Trail, behind the Pine Island Fire Station.
