Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Currituck Sound in Duck lies the community of Bias Shores. Located just south of Duck Village, vacation homes in Bias Shores provide easy access to dining, shopping and attractions in Duck, as well as just a quick stroll to both the ocean and the sound. The community beach access if located at the end fo Bias Lane. The soundside pier's gate code is 453.

Golf Carts
Parking passes are required from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Towing is enforced. Golf carts are to be parked in a designated parking space and must display a parking pass. Carts parked on the grass or roadside are subject to towing. Personal belongings, including beach equipment, are not to be left on the beach or sound side walkway. Items left are subject to removal by maintenance. There are dog bag dispensers throughout the community. Please clean up after your pet. Outdoor lights and speakers should be turned off by 11:00pm, per Town of Duck ordinance.

Please roll receptacles to the curb the night before the scheduled collection day and roll the receptacles back after the trash is collected. Between May 1 - September 30, a community service provider will roll all receptacles back to the home following collection.

Bias Shores is a ocean-to-sound community located just south of Duck village, providing a perfect place to take a stroll, grab a bite to eat, or shop in unique stores. After a fun-filled day, watch a breathtaking sunset over the peaceful Currituck Sound on the community's private pier. Community pool and tennis courts are also available for guests to enjoy.
