Shuffleboard, tetherball and cornhole are available Memorial Day-Labor Day. The trolley is available Memorial Day-Labor Day, Monday-Friday. Hours are subject to change, please contact the clubhouse upon arrival for hours. The clubhouse, indoor pool, fitness rooms, tennis courts, pickleball courts, playground & basketball court are open year-round. Parking passes are required Memorial Day-Labor Day when parking on common property.

Parking permits are required. Parking on the street is not permitted. Boats, trailers, campers, recreational vehicles, large trucks, etc. are not permitted to remain at the home overnight unless they are contained within a carport or garage. Refrain from hanging towels or clothing from decks or balconies located on the front of the home. This also includes any signage in the yard or decks, i.e. Anniversary Banners, Reunion Banners, College Football teams etc. Outdoor lights and speakers should be turned off by 11pm. Golf carts are to be parked in a designated parking space, and must display a registration sticker-provided at the clubhouse. Carts parked on the grass or road side are subject to towing. Tents are not permitted within 50 ft. on either side of the beach access. Also, per Town of Duck ordinance, no items are to be left on the beach overnight. Items are subject to removal.

This community offers a receptacle roll out and roll back service year-round. A community service provider will roll the receptacle to the curb the night before scheduled pickup and they will return the receptacle back to the home after collection. Please do not roll the receptacles to the curb & do not block the bins.
